The words of the song two little boys goes “Do you think I would leave you dieing, when there’s room on my horse for two” How many times have you been left crying hoping that someone or something comes along to sweep you off our feet, to save you from your misery.
I would guess that most of you reading this have been in that position. It is not a good feeling to feel desperate, at the end of your rope, with the abyss looking up at you, ready to eat you alive. It is a terrible feeling, yet many of us go trough this. You are not alone, this is very common, especially in this modern world, where complications outweigh simplicity.
It is all simple, but we love to make things complicated, don’t we. So why do you sit there and let all this anxiety overtake you. Firstly you must not despair, anxiety never gets any better if you feed it. It is like throwing a few more logs on the fire. So the first thing you must do is stop feeding your fears, stop thinking constantly about it.
A fire will not survive for long if you cut its oxygen supply, in this case it is not oxygen you are feeding, but it is your negative vibrations that feed your anxiety. You must slow down, you must calm yourself, so that your vibration lowers, by doing this you diffuse the negative flow of energy that is entering your body. You can be like a steam train giving off columns of negative smoke when you are at your lowest. Huffing and puffing like an old steam engine.
Slow it all down, allow the fire to go out, don’t go back to see if it is still there, leave it alone. There is no good having a sneaky look to see if things have improved or got worse, leave it alone.
A scab will not heal if you keep picking it, it will not heal if you keep touching and fiddling with it. It will only heal if left alone. So leave what troubles you alone a while. It will do you no harm to have a little rest, churning it around in your head all day has done you no good, so please listen to another way.
Once calm is found within us, something magical happens, our mind and body can now take in more positive vibrations, we are more in-tune to the vibration of God. We are allowing a positive solution to come forth. Before we was too busy fighting and struggling with the negativity, to even see an answer if it appeared. Now we are free of shackles, we are free to let our mind go where it wants to.
Keep with it, every time the negativity comes, calm yourself again. Sooner or later, the solutions that you once sought by getting anxious, will now come by rising yourself to another level of being.
God would not leave you dying inside, when there is room in God’s heart for you.
