Speak The Truth

Tell The TruthTry to speak the truth my friend’s, as what is a world shrouded in mystery. Never forget that truth  comes before loyalty. No good comes from being loyal to a cause or your misplaced  convictions if at first there is no truthfulness in your conscious actions, you will pay a price for your misplaced loyalty.

One way to see that you are speaking and acting in a truthful manner is to  try to comprehend the outcome  of your actions, which are always thoughts before they become alive in this world.

When a child is young and learning what is needed to survive in this world, all it sees and does is the truth, until one day it learns that to get what it wants, it may have to lie. But its first intentions  was to look for the truth  in this world before it learned otherwise. I am asking you to go back to the stage before you learned to lie by using methods such as having to cry to get loved or fed. These methods came before the child could speak and therefore  ingrained, ways of getting ones own way in a less than upfront manner.

You are no longer a child and have been given the gift of speech. You no longer have to mislead people to get what you want. You can now look at your thoughts and see the consequences of your actions.

You may say telling the truth may hurt someone, but it’s better that person knew what you was truly thinking, than not to speak your mind, as that would be a lie as well to hide the truth of your thoughts. As a child you sought  the truth  of your new surroundings, one should carry on the work that you started and got mislead, seek the truth not easy answers.

What Is The Rush

What Is The RushI was reading a newspaper earlier and I came across an old advert from the 1930s. The advert reads, Better a minute late in this world than 25 years too soon in the next.

Now that makes you think doesn’t it. The world has speeded up over the last few decades, everyone is in some rush to get somewhere, and not many are thinking through the consequences of how they get there. By rushing people run the risk of having an accident, or making mistakes within their life. It seems to be a bygone age when people took their time to do anything. It seems people want the next TV or the next car before they have even had the one they have got a year.

People think they have mastered a job and only been doing it weeks or months. We see that within our group. We have people studying Reiki and before you know it they are a master and want to teach others. Hold up there, this is all going a bit fast. I am sure this was not the way things was meant to be.

Is it so hard to take your time, to enjoy what you are doing, to not think too far ahead of yourself and to make good what you have in front of you, before you jump to the next thing you want!

Are we all not missing something here, are we not overlooking the message God teaches us every day. It is not a great secret but God teaches us patience. God shows us daily how things perfect with patience. The tree does not grow into its full majesty overnight, no it takes years of patient work, to grow from beneath the stones, so that it can proudly stand before the sun.

Nature works slowly and patiently and yet, it achieves its goals, so why do you think you can be any different, after all you are a part of nature, you are not outside of it’s circle, you share the same air as everything else that surrounds you, so why do you not take notice.

Why do you have to wait until you are on your knees, before you look up to God to plead for answers, when the answer was there all along. Slow down be patient child, you will receive all that you need, when you learn to be at one with your surrounding and not against them.

Be at one, do not struggle against the call of nature.

Careless Actions Cost Lives

Careless ActionsPeople are many faceted yet, you can see one side of their nature and it tells a story about the rest of their traits if you look more closely.

Have you noticed drivers on the road, there are drivers that cut corners, they will drive over the white line to help them take a corner faster, many a time they will have a near miss with another vehicle, or another will fly over a junction or a roundabout at full speed, hardly looking what other traffic is around.

These same people do everything at speed in their life, they cut corners in their relationships and work lives, they do not think about quality, they are too busy living without care for anyone else but their own life. The old saying goes, if you have little care for your life, you will have little care for the lives of others. These people who live rashly, do not care for anyone else but themselves. We all know people like this, some of us have even been like this, until something has slowed us down, something has warned us, so that we do take more care.

It is the same with workmen, you can have one man fit a new door and spend a lot of time, making sure all the hinges are straight, and that the door is cut to match the gap it will hang in, and others will try to put the door up too quickly, then they will do anything to force it to fit.

Is this the life you want for yourselves, do you want to be like these people, who will force anything to fit, when in reality we all know this is the wrong way.

How we act in one facet of our life will in time effect how we act in all the facets of our life. Surely knowing this, we should all take a little more care in everything we do, so that we can take pride in our relationships, work and all our interactions with everything we do.
